I am a social anthropologist with equal amounts of passion for research, teaching, and making this world a better place.

Between 2023 and 2025, I have proudly served the European anthropology community as President of the European Association of Social Anthropologists.

I was re-elected in 2025, but stepped down in accordance with the EASA Constitution and I am currently serving the association as Vice-President.
